Returning To The Office?

Many of us have been working from home for the past year as our offices have been closed. Now, as COVID infection rates drop as more people get vaccinated and as restrictions are lifted, the question of whether to return to our offices looms.

There are many factors to look at beyond merely the health and safety concerns, such as how cybersecurity will be affected, how to handle a workforce that may include some ready to move back to an office and others who prefer to work from home, how to handle the “unremitting” that was done a year ago, and whether it is perhaps feasible to continue working from home permanently.
